What’s included

What you get

  • 01

    Internal tools & dashboards

Inventory, scheduling, intake, approvals and reporting apps with logins and roles, so the right people see the right data.

  • 02

    Client & member portals

Places for customers, members or families to sign in, submit requests, upload files and check status without emailing you.

  • 03

    AI search & assistants

Search that understands what people mean, and assistants that follow your rules, with an independent check on every answer before anyone acts on it.

  • 04

    Integrations

Connections to the systems you already use: Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Workspace, payment processors, databases and third-party APIs.

  • 05

    Modern, maintainable code

React, TypeScript and Python (FastAPI), with tests and documentation. You own the code and can hand it to any developer later.

  • 06

    Launch & support

Hosting, domains, backups and monitoring set up for you, plus optional monthly care plans after launch.

Good fit

This is for you if…

  • Your team runs a core process out of spreadsheets, email threads or paper forms
  • You pay for software that only covers half of what you need
  • You want customers or members to self-serve instead of calling
  • You have data in several places and need one tool that pulls it together

FAQ

Common questions

How much does a custom web app cost?

It depends on scope. A focused internal tool is very different from a multi-role portal. After a free discovery call you get a written scope and a fixed quote, so the price doesn’t change unless the scope does.

How long does it take?

Most first versions take 4 to 12 weeks. You get a live preview link early and see progress every week, not just at the end.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. Everything is documented so another developer can pick it up if you ever need one.

Can you work with clients outside Wisconsin?

Yes. I meet in person around Kenosha, Milwaukee and Chicago, and work remotely with clients anywhere in the US.

Service area

Kenosha, Milwaukee, Chicago, and anywhere in the US

I’m based in Kenosha, between Milwaukee and Chicago, and meet clients in person across Southeast Wisconsin and Chicagoland. Most projects run just as well remotely: weekly preview links, video calls, and one developer you can reach directly, wherever you are in the country.
